Is the widget free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no API key and no limit. The widget carries a small "Seed VC data by DryPowder" link in its footer.
Where does the data come from?
Public SEC EDGAR Form D filings, collected daily by DryPowder. A venture fund files a Form D when it raises or closes a fund. Single-deal vehicles (SPVs, series LLCs, angel syndicate series) are filtered out.
How often does it update?
The filings are collected daily and the widget refreshes at least once an hour. You never need to change the embed code.
Does it track my visitors?
No. The widget loads no analytics or cookies. Links out of it carry UTM tags with your ref so clicks can be attributed, nothing more.
Can I change the size or colours?
Set the iframe width to fit your column (it is responsive down to phone width) and keep the height around 340px. Add &theme=dark to the src URL for dark pages.
