The short version: DryPowder helps founders find and reach the right investors. Use it for your own fundraise, don't scrape or resell the data, and you can cancel your plan anytime. The details are below.
By creating an account or using DryPowder ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
DryPowder is a research tool for founders: a directory of venture capital funds with their investment focus, partner contacts and activity signals, plus AI matching to help you find the funds that fit your raise. Paid plans are Starter, Signal and Raise, and what each includes is on the Pricing page.
Please use accurate information and keep your login secure. One account per person.
Annual plans are billed once a year, up front. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your plan starts when you subscribe, and you're charged for the first period right away. It renews automatically on the billing cycle you chose, monthly or annual, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your account settings. There's no need to email or call us.
DryPowder is built for your own fundraising. Please don't:
We work hard to keep fund and partner data accurate and check it against multiple sources, but venture moves fast and details change. The data is provided "as is" without a guarantee that every item is current or error-free, so please double-check anything important before you rely on it.
The DryPowder platform, including its design, code, data compilation and brand, belongs to DryPowder. Please don't copy it, modify it, or build derivative products from it.
DryPowder isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account anytime by replying to any email from DryPowder.
We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using DryPowder after an update, you accept the new terms.
